Foodie Memories

I am by no means a pro chef but I’ve always loved cooking and baking. I used to help my mum out in the kitchen when I was young, usually with mundane tasks like stirring pots or measuring out ingredients. Nevertheless, all those little things helped form the basis of my kitchen knowledge when I flew the nest and went to university.

Nowadays, planning my meals for the week and creating them are some of my favourite activities. I believe cooking is just as much about experimenting and enjoying yourself than it is about the actual food. Sure, you might make some mistakes, but that’s all part of the creative process!

My eclectic upbringing across multiple continents has given me an appreciation of many flavours and cuisines which often come with a personal story. Here I’ll be taking you on a journey of dishes from around the world that are reflective of my travels.
